Ok. This is a fairly simple cache to find. It just takes a little bit of time.

The more gas prices that are entered by people like you, the more we can help each other to save money on gas. "
Goto Gasbuddy.com and Register. Earn yourself a Car Icon  and post a screenshot here of your Top Bar. To earn the brown car, you have to get 10,000 points. This can be done in 10 days. Click on one of the cars on the site to see the Points chart.
A Second photo is required with you, your recording method, and your GPS at a gas station(of your choice) writing down the price. The Cheaper the better.
